Peace Prayer Park
This is where a lot of people died in the Battle of Okinawa in WWII. It is now a big park. The Cornerstone of Peace has names of people who died written on black walls, much like the Vietnam memorial in the U.S. This is also where the suicide cliffs are. A lot of Japanese military and civilian jumped off to avoid being captured by the Americans.
